1. Commercial Scope
These Terms govern all sales of physical accessories offered on techcases.digital by TechCases Digital. By placing an order, you enter into a binding commercial contract for physical goods.
2. Products and Compatibility
All items sold are physical protective accessories (cases, sleeves, pouches, cables, docks, and screen films). We do not sell electronic hardware devices, software wallets, cryptocurrencies, or digital asset services. References to third-party brand names or device models are made strictly for fit identification.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown in USD ($) and exclude shipping and applicable cross-border import fees unless explicitly stated. Payment must be cleared prior to dispatch.
4. Limitation of Physical Liability
Our accessories are engineered to mitigate everyday physical abrasion, dust, and transport wear. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechCases Digital shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages to electronic devices used in conjunction with these accessories.
